Where We Are & Directions

Located on the east side of Chichester, Anna's is within walking distance of the City centre and many of the main attractions and amenities that are on offer. Check out the map to find out more. The Festival Theatre, St. Richard's Hospital and the University College are very close. It is the nearest Chichester B&B to Goodwood House/ Racecourse/ Airfield and also the new Rolls Royce factory. The Mechanical Music and Doll's Museum and Portfield Retail Park are both 5 minutes walk away. Windsurfing, canoeing and surfing are available on the lake situated within the area. There are plenty of good pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Whether you are staying for one night or more, for business or pleasure, you will soon find the many advantages of being based at Anna's.

From A27 ( Brighton/Arundel direction)
Look out for a roundabout from where you can see Portfield Retail Park. The obvious landmark is a McDonalds drive-thru beside a Pizza Hut restaurant, on your right. Turn right following directions to Mechanical Music & Doll Museum. Only 100 metres after turning left at the Sainsbury's roundabout, is where we are, just after the MITSUBISHI/SEAT showroom.

From M27/A3 ( Portsmouth/Southampton direction)
From the A3, take the M27 eastward ignoring all signs for A27 until junction 12. From junction 12, take the A27 and follow directions to Brighton. Upon approaching Chichester, still on the A27, go straight over four roundabouts until you pass a junction with traffic lights. After the traffic lights, stay in the left lane and at the next (fifth) roundabout, you will see a retail park on your left. The obvious landmark is a Mc Donald drive-thru besides a Pizza Hut restaurant. From here, turn left and follow the directions as from Brighton.

From Chichester City Centre
Follow signs to Mechanical Museum & Doll Collection or A285 or ask for directions to Sainsbury's. Look out for a MITSUBISHI/SEAT showroom on your right. Anna's is located just before this car showroom.
